Recently Lil Wayne was on Soul Train and was interviewed backstage. When asked about movies or who he hasn't worked with he would like to, his response was...

"I mean, as far as movies, I'm writing a script - scripts - but I'm in the basement with the doors locked on that one. Other than that, the only other person that I want to work with is probably Missy and Jay-Z, of course, but other than that, man, I've got TQ, the best R&B cat. I got a strong camp, I love everything they say, so I really don't be trying to work with too many people. I need all my own checks!"

Ok I got the updated track list of Baby's new album Birdman. It does have Ghetto Life as well as 4 other songs that feature TQ. Ghetto Life doesn't say it features TQ so there might be other tracks with TQ as well that just don't list it features him. But so far there's 5 songs featuring TQ.  I'll let you know as soon as I get the album. Release Date is still set at November 26th. Also I stumbled across an article about Jazze Pha who signed a contract with Cash Money Records to produce 50 tracks. In the article it mentions how he worked on a few songs from Big Tymers and Lil Wayne's last album, as well as Baby's and TQ's new album. Jazze Pha produced If The World Was Mine, Gotta Make That Money, and The Comeback from TQ's first album "They Never Saw Me Coming" plus I'm Comin and Sunny Day that feature TQ from Big Tymers last album "Hood Rich".

Go behind the scenes of Brian "Baby" Williams new video Do That (featuring P. Diddy) on BET's "Access Granted" on Wednesday, 10/30 (8 pm, Central); Baby also drops by BET's "106 & Park" this Thursday, 10/31 (5 pm, Central); the show repeats Friday morning, 11/01 (10:30 am, Central). I'm sure TQ will be in the new video and behind the scenes so check it out.

Today I heard a snippet of a song from Dru Hill's upcoming album Dru World Order. Sisqo is the lead singer of Dru Hill. Anyways the song is Xstasy Jones... It's a remake of the unreleased TQ song featuring Case called Extasy Jones. I don't understand why TQ lets people remake his songs and release them. The song is pretty good, and after listening to the Dru Hill version... I can tell you TQ & Case sing it much better. It's the same exact beat too. So I guess this means the TQ & Case version won't be released. Added a clip of the Dru Hill version to the sounds.

TQ is in the new Swizz Beatz video Big Business. Go to www.swizzbeatz.net to see video. Rumor has it TQ has shot his first music video for his upcoming album.

--October  19, 2002--

MTV has a 3 part article on Cash Money Behind-The-Scenes on their tour with Nelly. The TQ parts are below. Also added a couple of pics of TQ from it. The article talks about Boo & Gotti, Christina, Mickey and Gillie The Kid releasing new albums early next year, but does not mention TQ. Cash Money is also planning on releaseing a new album from newly signed R&B artist Teena Marie.

"My barbershop is in my hotel room," Cash Money singer TQ explains about staying fresh and clean on the road. "I do my sh-- myself. I have to. I got a big ass bag of dirty clothes I need to hook up. Them some questions I can't really answer right now. You get it how you live. A lot of times you gotta throw sh-- away and buy new sh--. That just irks me."

While Slim was dropping jewels on the troops, Baby, Lil' Wayne (the last of the remaining Hot Boys), Mannie Fresh (who is also Baby's Big Tymers partner) and R&B singer TQ were onstage going over how they would segue into Wayne's "Way of Life." The plan was to have TQ sing a cappella behind the stage and walk on, but he needed some sort of intro.

"Anytime you're on a tour, it's gonna be kind of rocky the first week," agreed TQ. "I'm loving our show, I know that much. It stays interesting, it's so many hits."

Others were just clowning. Big Mike, a member of CMR's entourage, was busy ribbing the label's resident loverman crooner. "He said TQ was doing the cha-cha slide!" Lil' Wayne yelled to Gotti, laughing hysterically.

After their show that night, Cash Money displayed few signs of being weary. The crowd was amped all the way through their stage time, and the few problems they had — like TQ's mic not coming on on time — had been shaken off. Next up was a small meet-and-greet with a lucky family who must have been friends of somebody important.

According to ThickOnline the first single from TQ's new album is a remake of Prince's song Adore. Baby's album will not drop until November 26th and TQ's album will most likely be the next album to follow on Cash Money Records. So we're looking at a late December or January release. Also added acouple of pics of TQ. The first from Cash  Money Weekend Kick-Off Party at Mars 2112 Presented by Big June and Baby on Friday, 08.02.2002. The second from Cash Money Lil Wayne Album Release Party at Mars 2112 Presented by Big June, and Baby on Sunday, 08.04.2002.

--September  26, 2002--

I went ahead and added a clip of Our Life featuring Warren G. The song was cut from TQ's second album The Second Coming due to legal reasons. The clip has one of Warren G's verses and part of TQ's first verse. TQ performed the song live many times during his 2000 Second Coming tour. Please do not e-mail me asking to give out or post the full song because I will not. The song is not available anywhere not even on the interenet, it's a ThugPoetry.com Exclusive. Be grateful for the clip.

Baby's first single for his new album Birdman is titled Do That and features P Diddy. The album features TQ, Toni Braxton, Camron, Petey Pablo, Eightball, Foxy Brown, Lil Wayne & more. The album has been delayed until November 26, 2002. Ouch!!

--September  21, 2002--

TQ is on a new song from the upcoming Swizz Beatz album Ghetto Storiez. The song is called Big Business Part II (Bigger Business) and features Ron Isley, Baby, Jadakiss, Snoop Dogg, P Diddy & Cassidy. TQ basically sings the background during Baby's part. The album will come out sometime in October or November. Added a clip to the sounds page.

RIP Tupac!!! Added a clip of a new TQ song from the Mike Mosley/Steady Mobbin - Major Work Soundtrack called Keep On. The song was produced by Mike Mosley so it has almost the same beat as Richie Rich's - Do G's Get To Go To Heaven released a few years back.

Baby's new album The Birdman will be released October 15, 2002. It will be the first volume of 10 albums he plans to release. He also stated he would be releasing a duet LP with Lil Wayne next year titled Like Father Like Son. Baby and the Cash Money Millionaires plan on going on tour with Nelly for a Back-to-school tour.

According to XXL Magazine the new Baby album The Birdman comes out September 11th. It will be a double album and most likely feature at least one TQ guest appearance.

Baby (of Cash Money Records) is on the new cover of XXL Magazine and i appears he is going to be releaseing his new album in September. So it looks like TQ's new album won't be out anytime soon. We're looking at an October release date now.

The Undisputed Soundtrack has been delayed until August 20th.

TQ was on the BET show 106 & Park recently with Lil Wayne & Big Tymers performing Way Of Life. Added a video clip of it to the Video page. You can also catch a glimpse of him in the new Big Tymers video Oh Yeah.

--July  18, 2002--

First off added a clip to the sounds page of a new song featuring TQ from the new Mack 10 album Mack 10 Presents Da Hood. The song is: Life As A Gangsta by Mack 10 feat Timbaland & Cash Money Millionaires. Album hits stores July 23rd. It was mentioned earlier that Pop Yo Colla Remix featuring TQ would be on VA - Westside Bad Boys - Bay 2 LA Pt 2. The version on Caz's new album Goin Head Up is a remix so its most likely the same exact remix. Cash Money Records next album release after Lil Wayne's 500 Degreez (July 23) and the Undisputed Soundtrack (August 6) should either be TQ or Boo & Gotti. I havnt seen any mentions of Boo & Gotti's album in any articles or interviews from Mannie Fresh or Baby lately. TQ's album has been mentioned several times and since its been done since late March hopefully this means TQ's next! Hopefully we'll see a mid-late September release. Added a clip of What Does Life Mean To Me (Interlude) featuring TQ & Big Tymers from Lil Wayne's new album. There's an artictle from Sister 2 Sister Magazine that talks about Baby and Mannie Fresh's cars. It mentions that in March when they met up with them at the recording studio that they were putting the finishing touches on Lil Wayne's and TQ's next album. Read the article here.

Two new songs with TQ for ya. First off the Like Mike Soundtrack hit the internet today. It includes the song I Remember by TQ featuring Jagged Edge. It's the clean version of the song. I hope the retail version sold in stores isnt clean. Album is in stores July 2, 2002. TQ is also on Camron's Oh Girl (Oh Boy Remix). You can find it on the DJ Clue - Ima Show You How To Do This Pt 1 mix cd. Added a clip of each to the sounds. Anyone experienced interested in hosting/running a TQ message board email me.

The new Lil Wayne album 500 Degreez will be in stores July 23, 2002. The first single Way Of Life featuring TQ & Baby is getting good air play according to Cash Money Records. No word if TQ will be on any other tracks on the album.

There's a Remix of the Pop Yo Colla song by Caz featuring TQ, Yukmouth, Cj Mack, & Gangsta Ridd on the new Westside Bad Boys - Bay 2 LA Pt 2 compilation. CD supposedly came out on May 15, but it must have been delayed because I havn't seen it anywhere. --thanx 2 westcoast2k & mauzip for info.

The new Lil Wayne single Way Of Life featuring Baby & TQ has now been released to radio stations. In one of The Source magazine articles with Big Tymers it mentions TQ has a remake of the Prince song Adore. Also on Hitemup.com they posted Steady Mobbin'/Warlock Records is scheduled to release the soundtrack for Major Work this summer. It features guest appearances from 918 Boyz, Aaron Mason, Aobie, AP.9, C-BO, Cognito, Ducie Nickels, E-40, Hennessey, Killa Tay, Mac Dre, Mr. Doctor, Outlawz, Pizzo, Sundae, Sycosis, The Federation, TQ and Too Short and production by Mike Mosley. --thanx 2 realgmuzic & mauzip for info.

OK the TQ track on the Undisputed Soundtrack is supposed to be called Think About You (Looking Through The Window). The Undisputed Soundtrack hits stores August 7. MTV news has an article about Jermaine Dupri and he mentions some projects involving him and mentions TQ has a song with Jagged Edge on the new Like Mike Soundtrack due out in stores July 2. --thanx 2 relagmuzic, ptkaza and J. Rumors: Ok first of all the two TQ tracks Damizza worked on are supposedly: VIP feat Boo & Gotti and Ghetto feat Lil Wayne. Second, TQ now supposedly has a song on the Undisputed soundtrack. Those are just rumors though.

Added Behind The Scenes clips and the full video for Lil Wayne's new video Way of Life featuring Baby and TQ which aired on BET: Access Granted. Added a clip of the song to the sounds page as well. Also according to babyreeentertainment.com (An Official website of Damizza & Shade Shiest) Damizza spent a few days in Atlanta, Georgia working with Cash Money and TQ. They did two songs - one which will feature Lil Wayne and the other will feature both Boo & Gotti. We'll see whether or not they make the final cut for TQ's new album. Also according to them, the songs TQ recorded last year for the new Shade Shiest album Informal Introduction did not make the final cut. Sheist's album is due out August 20, 2002.

On BET Tuesday Access Granted will premiere the new Lil Wayne video Way of Life. In a recent interview... "It's history, man, Cash Money's first sample," Wayne said of "Way of Life." "Me and Baby going back and forth on it, and TQ's singing. It's about stunning." Ive seen commercials for the video and TQ is definately in the video. The show airs at 8pm. I will tape it and post it for yall who cant watch it. The new Lil Wanye album 500 Degreez is scheduled to be released July 2nd.

I mentioned a long time ago that there was an advertisement in a Hip Hop magazine for the new Caz album Goin Head Up. The advertisement said the album featured guest such as TQ, Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, etc. The album was delayed for a very long time but it is scheduled for release on May 14, 2002. No word whether TQ is still on it but I'll be sure to post more info as soon as it becomes available. Also got a little article piece from Launch Media which talks about TQ. Its basically an article/interview with producer/rapper Mannie Fresh of Cash Money Records. Its a couple weeks old but heres the parts that talk about TQ...

.....Mannie Fresh, half of the Cash Money duo the Big Tymers, is working on new material for Lil' Wayne and TQ, in addition to readying the new Big Tymers release, Hood Rich, scheduled to hit retailers on April 30.

Mannie has also produced songs for new Cash Money inductee TQ, a hip-hop-edged R&B singer who released his debut album They Never Saw Me Comin' in 1998 on Epic. "I got some hot stuff for him," Mannie told us of working with TQ. "I didn't do too many of them. That's not really my thing. I just kinda did what I know.

Release dates for the Lil' Wayne and TQ albums have not been set.....

Just an update on release dates for Cash Money Records albums. Also I keep forgetting to mention but in the latest issue of The Source magazine (with Eminem on the cover) there's an interview with Big Tymers and TQ was there when they were interviewing them, so it talks about TQ a few times in the article. Still no more news on TQ's album. Only that Mannie Fresh (Main Producer at CMR) is working on producing tracks, Damizza was set to produce some tracks, and based on assumption it sounds like the song Gimme Some (from Big Tymers new album Hood Rich) is a TQ song featuring Big Tymers. It was probably one of the songs they were working on and they decided to put it on Big Tymers album rather than TQ's. Mannie Fresh produced the song and is one of the Big Tymers so blah... you see what I'm saying. Anyways that's just an assumption. Just for you information Baby (CEO of CMR) is the other member of Big Tymers. bleh....

Here is the track list for the Retail version of the new Big Tymers album Hood Rich. This is the version that will be sold in stores starting April 30, 2002. Some of the songs just have different titles. The Retail Version of Gimme Some is just a little bit different than the version on the Advance Promo. The intro is a tiny bit different and the promo version is longer than the retail version. Not that those two facts really matter but, the retail version also has a skit of a guy talking the last 20 seconds of the song about some Big Tymers shit.

YES!! I Just got the advance promo to the new Big Tymer's album Hood Rich and it has 4 new songs featuring TQ!!! Of course I added clips to the sounds page. Sunny Days: TQ sings the hook/chorus. Be The Man: TQ sings chorus/hook once again. I'm Coming: TQ does a verse. Give Me Some: TQ does most of the song, its more like a TQ song featuring Big Tymers. This is the Advance Promo and is not necessarily the exact same as the retail version that will be in stores.  They could always add another song with TQ =0) If they give TQ beats like Sunny Days, Give Me Some or My Life for his new album it just may be as good as his first.
